A Play of Volumes

The architecture of the building is defined through a composition of three volumes, which are formed with recesses and semi-outdoor spaces. This approach enhances the sense of space and allows natural light to enter every corner of the building.

The use of perforated bricks in various places creates an interesting pattern and adds a distinct character to the exterior design.

The exterior of the building is characterized by the use of white and light grey shades, which offer an impressive and modern look. The wood and metal elements chosen for the shades add a more contemporary feel.

This colour choice not only underlines the design’s commitment to a minimalist character, but also emphasizes simplicity and functionality, emphasizing clean lines and surfaces.

A Play of Volumes

The architecture of the building is formed with recesses, semi-outdoor spaces and perforated brickwork, offering an interesting and dynamic image.

The interior design of the building has focused on maximizing the sustainability and comfort of the residents. The clever distribution of space includes a central ‘circulation zone’, incorporating the stairwell and lift. This layout eliminates the need for shared walls between apartments, allowing residents to enjoy greater privacy.

In total, the building includes nine apartments, which consist of two to three bedrooms. Each of them is carefully designed and offers comfortable and functional spaces. The three apartments on the ground floor offer direct access to green spaces, while the third and fourth floors function as maisonettes, providing residents with the opportunity to enjoy the view alongside the private space provided through the setback of the building’s sections.
