This is the architectural study of a four-storey property with a total area of 776 square meters.

The architecture of the building is defined through the composition of the two volumes and is formed through recesses, section setbacks, semi-outdoor spaces, as well as the deliberate use of perforated brickwork.

The use of white and light grey shades on the exterior of the building creates a striking and modern look, while the wooden beams and warm aluminium details add warmth and texture.

Private green spaces provide an opportunity for residents to connect and further improve their quality of life.

This color choice reflects a commitment to a minimalist design, prioritizing clean lines.

Anthracite aluminium accents further unify the color scheme, providing a subtle contrast that complements the overall look.

The architecture of the building is shaped by recesses, setbacks of sections, semi-outdoor spaces, as well as by the deliberate use of perforated brickwork.

The building’s interior design focuses on maximizing sustainability.

The floor plan cleverly separates the stairwell and elevator into a central “traffic zone,” eliminating shared walls between apartments and ensuring residents’ privacy.

Nine apartments, ranging from two to three bedrooms, are arranged over the floors, each benefiting from carefully designed spaces. The three apartments on the ground floor have direct access to green spaces, while the third and fourth floors function as maisonettes and provide the rooms with their own private gardens and barbecue area.
